Mr. Bobulsky is an attorney whose practice focuses on the area of consumer protection law. As an associate attorney with the firm, Mr. Bobulsky investigates potential claims and litigates class action lawsuits throughout the United States, against corporations engaged in unfair and illegal business practices.
Mr. Bobulsky attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration. He received his J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where his diverse course load allowed him to gain practical experience in many areas of law, but with a focus on litigation and trial advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bobulsky represented clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal court.
Mr. Bobulsky is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
When he is not protecting the interests of consumers throughout the county, Mr. Bobulsky enjoys sailing, live music, and traveling.
