Matthew Bobulsky, Esq.

Mr. Bobulsky is an attorney whose practice is dedicated exclusively to the representation of consumers in consumer protection litigation.  As an associate attorney with the firm, Mr. Bobulsky investigates potential claims and litigates class action lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States, against corporations engaged in unfair, illegal and deceptive business practices. In that capacity, he has helped secure significant recoveries for consumers while holding corporations accountable for their violations of the law and the rights of consumers.

Mr. Bobulsky attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration.   He received his J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Mr. Bobulsky is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.

When he is not protecting the interests of consumers throughout the country, Mr. Bobulsky enjoys sailing, live music, and traveling.
